Versace Eros Flame Event Recap

Hi beauties! I had the honor of attending the Versace Eros Flame event hosted by Beauty Editor,  editor-in-chief & founder of Beauty Departure and Cityline expert Dave Lackie. He showered attendees with a lavish night of all things Versace! On the night of the Versace Eros Flame event, it was blistering with snow and icy streets in Toronto with temperatures of an average of about negative 15 degrees. As we entered the venue (Terroni, located on Adelaide), attendees walked up a set of beautifully carpeted deep-red stairs and were greeted by a bartender ready to serve refreshing cocktails.

The room was beautifully decorated in exquisite flowers and fragrance bottles. It felt like we had just stepped into a luxurious vacation hotel event room! Bottles of Versace Eros Flame and Moschino were found as decorative features among bouquets of flowers as guests were able to sample each beautiful scent.

When cocktail hour was over, Dave ushered guests into the  “Versace Room” – that’s what I’d call it! It was a breathtaking, stunningly decorated dining room. Each table setting surprised each guest with a bottle of the latest Versace Eros Flame fragrance release for men along with a mini verson of the same sent. Attendees dined on a 3-course delicious meal, including a warm chocolate dessert!

As we enjoyed our meal, Dave and Versace expert Melanie Caplan shared with us some of the history of the Versace brand along with information about the latest release. Versace Eros Flame is a spicy woods flame which features notes of vanilla, roses, patchouli hearts, black pepper, citrus and rosemary among others.

Versace Eros Flame is a men’s scent that women should not be afraid to wear! Yes I said women! If your body chemistry allows, the sweet notes in this scent are drawn out to revel themselves into a rich and alluring fragrance against the skin. If you’re a woman who’d dare to wear  men’s fragrance I’d suggest use a little bit; less is more 🙂

Let me know in the comment section below what is your favourite scent? Mine is vanilla!
