With the weather change that means it was time for me to stock up on a few items from Sephora that I’ve had my eye on. Unlike the past, this spring beauty haul was small yet mighty. See what I picked up below along with a review of each!

Firstly, you’ll notice a few fragrance options. As a self-proclaimed fragrance lover it was a must to pick up a few fresh scents for the season. I purchased a large bottle of Acqua di Gioia by Giorgio Armani, it’s the perfect spring and summer scent! Described as a fresh aquatic scent that is laced with notes of jasmine, gardenia, and hints of warm woods. This is a great fragrance to try if you are used to wearing warm scented notes as it gently introduces you to soft aquatic, citrus scents without being overpowering. This is the perfect daytime fragrance as its not too heavy and works well with other scents.
Picked up a few sample size fragrances including SALT eau de perfume by Ellis Brooklyn and Jo Malone London Nectarine Blossom & Honey Cologne. These two scents are definitely ones to check out if you are looking to add to your summer fragrance collection.

SALT eau de perfume by Ellis Brooklyn is described as a warm and spicy scent that has key notes of Ylang Ylang, Tahitian Tiare, Ambergris. Personally, on my skin I would not describe this as a warm scent – rather its more of an outdoor, beach scent that adds spice with a hint of natural coconut aroma to help balance the sharp notes. This is a great fragrance option to consider if you are planning on being outdoors all day as its fresh yet outdoorsy at the same time. You’ll literally smell like you’re at the beach!

If you are a sweet candy lover this fragrance is definitely for you this spring and summer season! Jo Malone London Nectarine Blossom & Honey Cologne is described as a fruity floral with key notes of Acacia Honey, Peach. This is a juicy sweet scent that is not overwhelming and will leave you feeling fresh and flirty. This is a great scent to wear when out with friends during the day, and on a picnic!
Other items I picked up included a concealer from Becca Cosmetics Ultimate Coverage Longwear Concealer. I haven’t given it a go yet but have heard great things about this product. Also picked up their Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector. This is a must have face primer if you have oily skin! It will leave your skin matte and makeup lasting all day and night!
