Operation Snap Back

Hello beauties and fellow fitness lovers! It’s been awhile since my last blog post and I’m happy to be back 🙂 Today we are getting straight to business; I haven’t been working out the past few weeks because I was on vacation and as you can imagine, I ate and drank anything and everything! Lol

With that being said, I’m ready to get back into my healthy fitness and food lifestyle and I’m sharing with you some of the basic guidelines that I follow to snap back to look like a snack and entree. Ha! I’ll be following these guidelines consistently over the next few weeks in order to build my endurance and muscle mass back up again. Be sure to follow my instagram account @simplyeseeri to stay up to date on my progress

Eating Plan

  • Limited quantities of sugar, dairy and alcohol
  • Carb cycling (limited carbs consumed, only eating complex carbs such as sweet potatoes)
  • Drinking a lot of water, minimum 1 litre per day
  • Only using olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a salad dressing
  • 1 cheat meal per week (hey, I’m human!)
  • Intermittent fasting for at least 12hrs

Workout Plan

  • Workout 4-5 times per week
  • Perform a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio, maximum 1 hour of cardio for each workout session
  • When weight training, focus on one body part per workout session
  • Stretch after each workout

Let me know in the comment section below what’s one thing that you enjoy doing to help you feel fit and healthy? For me it’s drinking my water and working out on the stairmaster.

xo,

Eseeri

I agree with you I like the stair master too. I am very happy when I burn between 400-500 calories. It’s like I can achieve anything in this world 😀😀😀
