For my birthday I decided to take a relaxing solo vacation to Cancun, Mexico. It was my first time visiting Cancun and this experience was better than I would have imagined. Cancun, Mexico is know for it’s clubs and party atmosphere; while this is true, I can tell you that it is definitely a location that you can also travel to with your family or if you are looking for a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
While there, I enjoyed the delicious food, beautiful scenery and all other amenities that was offered. I would definitely visit Cancun, Mexico again if the opportunity arises. One thing I can tell you while staying there on my own was that I felt safe; from the moment I entered the hotel to when I left. Each of the staff checked on me daily to ensure that I was doing well, was treated well, and felt safe and happy. Most times, I didn’t feel so alone because I knew there were people that I was able to connect with during my stay.
The hotel room that I stayed in was large, more than enough for just me. It was cleaned every morning and was warm during the night, and well air conditioned during the day. I had a beautiful little balcony that had views to the beach and the play area for kids. My fellow neighbours on my floor were quite, and very friendly. Overall, My experience was great!
