Fitness Goals – March 2017

Another month to improve my health and fitness. I honestly wasn’t going to have any goals for this month. Once I had a serious conversation with myself I realized that it was necessary. This month my fitness goals are simple and hopefully achievable. Update* I’ve been following them to a T; so far, so good!

  1. Eat less non-beneficial carbs such as white bread and biscuits
  2. Include more cardio into my workouts

After facing the facts with myself, I’ve been eating more bread than I should be. I know that my body loves holding onto simple carbs and it would benefit if I didn’t eat as much as them. Secondly, I’ve been so focused on weights that I’ve been slacking on my treadmill runs. Running on the treadmill not only makes me feel great, but it also melts the fat from my body so I can look more toned. This is especially important with the warmer months just around the corned.
