GET IT RIGHT, GET IT TIGHT – DECEMBER 2016 GOALS

We have come to the last month of 2016. This year has flown by and I’ve loved every bit of it! I’ve been documenting my health and fitness goals for the past year and it has been such a learning and therapeutic process. I’ve completely fallen in love with my body; during it’s highs and lows — when I look my best and when I don’t. This has truly been a journey for me and I couldn’t  be happier.

For this month, my only goal is to keep on moving. I plan on staying on track during this holiday season by continuing my morning gym workouts and by maintaining my healthy eating habits.
