Pop of Blue

There’s something about creating a neutral makeup look with a hint of colour on the waterline that gets me every time. On the eye lid I only used 3 colours and focused on blending them seamlessly together. I completed the eye look with opting to go with liquid eye liner that was winged out a little bit for definition. This look is perfect to create when you are short on time but still want to look like you made some effort.
