Thirsty for Water

I’m sure you’ve heard it before; drink more water! I’ve always preferred water to other beverages (such as juice) but I didn’t truly become obsessed with it until I started flavouring it with fruits and herbs. One of my go-to mixes is cucumber, lemon and mint.

This combination is known as the belly fat burning weapon. Both the cucumber and lemon acts as a diuretic; flushing out toxins, bloating, excess water weight and fat. Cucumbers are high in fiber and water content, flushing out toxins and hydrating the body. Lemon detoxifies the liver; helping to clean it out so it functions better. I drink this specific concoction every morning and night. Drink up!
