African Print

Last month I attend the first ever Ankra African Print Brunch event hosted by fellow Toronto blogger of The Afro Fusion Spot Miss G. Attendees were encouraged to wear something of African descent to highlight various African styles. As you can see, I wore my Ugandan inspired earrings and a beautiful blue with gold detailed Ankra print clutch. My outfit for that day was simple and what I consider my standard fall look; black ripped jeans from The Gap, a long sleeve black fitted T-shirt topped with my favourite fur vest that I picked up a couple of years ago from Hudson’s Bay. My footwear was comfortable and casual; black boots from Vince Camuto.

As you can see, attendees each choose a stunning African print to showcase their own personal style. The ladies looked beautiful, stylish and trendy in their modern African fashion outfit choices.
