Wet n’ Wild cosmetics is a well known company that offers a multitude of makeup products that are trendy, colourful and affordable. Their Lust Palette is one of my all time favourite drugstore eyeshadow products and is my go-to during the fall and winter seasons.
Packaging and Product Description
Wet n’ Wild Lust Palette is packaged in a standard drugstore eyeshadow pallet container; its plastic with 6 eyeshadows placed alongside each other. The company logo is embossed on the clear cover with the name of the product. On the back of the eyeshadow pallet there is a sticker that provides instruction on where to place eyeshadows on your eye.
The 6 shadows range from light to dark and from matte to shimmer formulas. Two of the eyeshadows are light shades and the remaining four are dark colours. Shades range from a white matte shadow with pale pink undertones to a blackened purple with shimmer.
Performance
Each of the six eyeshadows are highly pigmented; what you see is what you get. All of the powders have fallout within the palette upon picking up the product with an eyeshadow brush. I suggest lightly patting in the brush to pick up the product rather than moving the brush side-to-side in the eyeshadow to decrease fallout. I always use an eye primer before applying any eyeshadow, and as a result I find that this product remains pigmented and lasts a long time on my eyelids. If you are new to makeup or are still practicing wearing daring looks such as a smoky eye this is a great palette to start with.
