At Home Fitness

At home fitness can be just as fun as exercising in a gym. Working out at home can mean anything from exercising in your living room to taking your fitness routine outside at the park. Many people opt to exercise at the gym because of the available fitness equipment, classes, and the motivational and inspiring environment that a gym may provide. Personally, I prefer working out at the gym but I’ve been finding myself happily exercising at home a couple of days a week these past few months. I enjoy the comfort that a home environment provides. Additionally, not having to use public showers and being able to create a post-workout meal quickly after a workout are added benefits to exercising home.

The resources I use to workout at home are YouTube videos, workout routines that are available on Pinterest (check out and follow my Pinterest fitness board), Instagram and various apps such as the Nike Training Club. They all help me to create a variety of workouts that leave me energized and sweating once I’m done. Do you like working out from home?
