Shrimp po' boy

Johnny’s Po-Boys
My friend told me that we must specifically visit Johnny’s Po-Boys to eat a po-boy. At the time I had no idea what a po-boy was and the delicious flavours I was about to get myself into. Johnny’s is a popular tourist location as they are known for their sandwiches. We had to wait in line for about 20min. We shared a shrimp po-boy and a BBQ steak po-boy. They both tasted great and I wish we could have tried out the whole menu!

Voodo

Voodoo Museum
The Voodoo Museum was interesting to check out. I don’t know much about voodoo or voodoo culture so it was good to learn something new. This museum was a self-guided tour where we could check out various artifacts and read about different voodoo traditions and practices that have, and continue to take place in New Orleans.

Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour
If you are looking for an easy and cost effective way to tour New Orleans I’d highly suggest trying out the hop on, hop off bus tour. As the name implies, it is a hop on and off guided tour where you can decide which stops you’d like to explore off the bus. Once bus tickets are purchased they are good to use for 3 days (unlimited use for 3 days). The bus provides tours all over the city of New Orleans, you get 3 free walking tours, plus discounts can be obtained at participating museums.
