Get it Right, Get it Tight – Go!

The hardest part of anything is the beginning. Let go of fears, thoughts, and anxiety and just get on with it. You won’t regret the feeling of accomplishment. Yes, I know that you may not be physically satisfied with your current fitness capabilities, but it’s important to keep in mind that as long as you start you have improved your physical health no matter how little or intense your workout is. When you begin, start slow; boost your confidence by completing something attainable. It can be as simple as going out for a 20 minute walk to completing a 30 minute workout video of your choice.  Personally, I started by making sure I go to spin class at least once a week. So far so good, I’ve been doing that consistently for the past few weeks and am honestly surprised and proud of myself. If you have begun your workout lifestyle what did you start with?
