Health & Fitness Goals – November 2017

The end of the year is quickly approaching but that doesn’t mean you should give up on any of your 2017 health and fitness goals! It’s been a challenging year for me to personally stay on track and I’m not giving up.

For the month of November my health and fitness goals are simple:

  • Continue my low carb diet. I’ve been following a carb-cycling diet for a few months now (consistently) and I love it! I’m finally starting to see my body reacting well to it and I look forward to continue using it as part of my nutrition plan. If you haven’t already, read about my experiences with it so far here. If you want to learn more about a carb-cycling read about it here
  • Work out 4 times a week. I’ll be honest, last month was a struggle for me. There were times when I only got in 1 or at best 2 workouts. This month the goal is 3-4 workout a week! They can consist of at-home or gym sessions
  • Lastly, drink up to 2.5L of water. In the month of October I noticed that I wasn’t drinking enough water and I definitely want to get back on track for this month
