Hi beauties! This Monday I had the wonderful opportunity to attend a luxe dinner presentation of the latest fragrance release by Carolina Herrera called Good Girl.

With Dave Lackie, a beauty editor and Citytv’s Cityline beauty expert

The lavish dinner party was hosted by Dave Lackie, a beauty editor and Citytv’s Cityline beauty expert. A presentation of the new Carolina Herrera fragrance was made by Garrick Griffith, brand manager for many well know fragrances including Jean Paul Gaultier, Paco Rabanne, and Nina Ricci Parfums!

The location of the dinner took place in downtown Toronto. As soon as I stepped into the event I was greeted with a champagne (assuming) that was decorated with a beautiful flower. The presentation of Good Girl fragrance is what caught my attention the most. I MUST talk to you about the bottle. It’s even more beautiful in person! I’ve never seen such a unique and lavish fragrance bottle that not only exuded femininity but also a sense of power! From the shape, and down to the colours used to encase the scent it is absolutely stunning!

As described during the presentation of the latest release by Carolina Herrera, this scent is perfect for a good girl who has gone bad. Hold on, let me explain! The easiest way I can describe this is a scent that is soft, feminine, and sensual with a slight punch. Personally, I don’t think this is for the shy girl who wants to hide in the corner.

Fragrance Notes:

  • Top notes -Sambac jasmine, tuberose crystal
  • Heart – Velvet almond
  • Base – Tonka bean, cocoa, coffee

One of the things that I noticed about Good Girl is not only the unique bottle but also the actual packaging. This fragrance is not packaged in a standard black box. The box is made of a velvet material. Velvet! This product all around is so luxurious and stunning! The amount of detail that went into creating not only the scent but also the packaging is something that shouldn’t be ignored.

In an upcoming YouTube video I will be sharing with you clips of the event and some more information about the fragrance.

xo,
