Fitness Goals – February 2017

Every month I think to myself; what can I improve this month when it comes to my health and fitness goals? This time around I couldn’t come up with anything. The reason being, is that I love what I’m doing right now! This month, my fitness goals is to focus on what’s working well for me.

What has been working well has been the ability for me to consistently include some form of cardio in my weekly fitness schedule. What’s also been surprisingly working well for me is my ability to reduce the amount of artificial sugar I used to eat. As a result of my reduced sugar intake, my skin has flourished and bloating in my stomach has definitely decreased.

Personally, I’m always thinking about what I lack instead of taking the time to appreciate how far I’ve come. I’m so proud of how strong my body has become and I need to stop being so hard on myself and congratulate what I have accomplished!
