Hello to all my fellow fitness enthusiasts! This year is going by so quickly that it’s scary! This month, I’m going to be keeping my fitness goals super simple. I plan on finally partaking in a fitness challenge that I’ve been seeing floating around on Pinterest.

The goal is to complete each day! It sounds simple but for me it will indeed be a challenge and I’ll have to discipline myself to make a conscious effort to include these routines in my workouts.
