June 2016 Goals

What a difference one month makes! I achieved some of my May 2016 goals while others needed work. To check out my goals from last month click here. I’m proud of how far I’ve come in just four weeks! I feel stronger and healthier. Additionally, this process has made me appreciate my body even more. No, I don’t have the tightest and flatest abs, but you know what, I love what I’ve got!

New month, new goals.  This month I’m challenging myself by doing things I don’t particular like doing when it comes to my health and fitness. I will focus on the following:

  • Getting at least a full 7 hours of sleep (I still haven’t mastered this art)
  • Adding in at least 10 push-ups (not on my kness) every other day to my fitness routine
  • Incorporating 10 half burpees and 10 full burpees every other day to my fitness routine
  • Stretching after every workout

Progress updates will be found on my snapchat and IG (@simplyeseeri). At the end of the month hopefully I’ll be able to come back with some results to share with you all!
