As much as I enjoy wearing makeup, I also love the feeling of taking it off. Clinique Take The Day off Cleaning Balm was love at first use! This product is described as a transformative makeup remover that begins as a balm that turns into an oily consistency when applied to the face, it then turns into a milky texture once you add water.
Packaging and Product Description
Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm comes packaged in a purple plastic jar containing 3.8 oz (125ml) of product. When you open the jar, inside you’ll find the product; a white balm that is easily movable with your fingers. There is no scent to this product (allergy tested and 100% fragrance free).
Performance
This is one of the best makeup removers I’ve ever used! It literally does what it says; removes all traces of makeup and rinses off to reveal clean soft skin. All I do it scoop out a bit of product with two clean fingers and gently massage it all around my face until its all covered with the balm. I then wet my hands with warm water and once again massage my face (with the product still on). The balm instantly turns into a white milky texture (furthering the cleansing process). I then rinse off with warm water and all of my makeup is off! Afterwards. I continue on with my daily cleansing ritual.
