Get it Right, Get it Tight – May 2016 Goals

May 2016 health & fitness goals

New month, new goals. This month I’m switching it up with my health and fitness goals. I will focus on the following:

  • Getting at least a full 7 hours of sleep
  • Incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio workouts to my fitness routine
  • Adding in at least 20 push-ups and an abdominal workout every other day to my fitness routine
  • Eating low carb dinners a few days out of the week

Progress updates will be found on my snapchat and IG (@simplyeseeri). At the end of the month hopefully I’ll be able to come back with some results to share with you all!

    Love this and I will be doing the same and adjusting my own workout goals. Your motivating me to stay focused to achieve them.
